The ordering process was easy. The chainsaw was well packaged and delivered on time. The King Tech 24 inch chainsaw was easy to assemble, however some of the instructions were not clear (in proper English). The instructions did not explain how the small rectangular plastic slide was to be fitted against the chain guide. A bit of trial and error did get that sorted that out eventually. The chainsaw works very well. Powerful engine easy to operate. Above all, the price is brilliant. Highly recommend this item.
